Located just a short walk from Tokyo Tower, our school was created by a small team who share one passion: making sushi accessible, enjoyable, and unforgettable for visitors from all over the world.

Our goal is to teach authentic techniques in a relaxed, friendly environment where anyone — total beginners, families, solo travellers — can roll, cut, shape, taste, and enjoy Japanese cuisine in a genuine way.
