“I took part in a sushi-making experience. This time, I chose this class because I am looking for recipes that my daughter can make for her host family when she goes to study in the US, and I wanted a class where I could learn them in English. The instructor also patiently taught us how to make maki-zushi, so we enjoyed ourselves while learning properly.My daughter doesn't usually cook much, but it was really helpful to have her taught the key tips, such as how to mix the rice like chopping it and leaving a bit of space when placing the rice on the nori sheet.
